So with a little bit of help from the recent 2x drop events, I've finally managed to max Eckheart's Vampire.
This is an achievement for me. I initially wanted to get this skill when Von Leon was first released and there were pot cooldowns in the boss room.
I found it hard to find reliable information about these quests, so I kept a log of each quest and roughly how long it took me to complete them in case anyone else is interested in attempting it. Here is the information in note form.
Lunar dews were collected at male rabbits on 3.6x (1.6 familiar + 1.2 greed, 2x drop event).
I was getting 1 or 2 dews per hour. Took 16 hours for all 20.
First nameless darkness quest I did at poison poopas. Took 4 hours of 3.6x to get my first one, then I decided to buy a 2x card (7.2x drop). The remaining nine took 3hrs 20mins to collect. I was getting one every 20-30 minutes. This quest was the longest one. Without the cash shop 2x card, I think this would have taken 40 hours.
Second level I did cube slimes on 7.2x again, was able to finish in 1hr 9mins. I was getting a drop every 10 minutes or so, and got lucky with a few almost back to back. The quests after the first seem to have double the drop rate, which is relieving.
Levels 3 and 4 were very smooth, 7.2x drop, reinforced iron mutae & sand dwarves, 1hr 45mins for level 3 and 1hr 27mins level 4.
Level 5 sucked because level 5, and there were two mobs in each map. Ended up going to peach monkeys because small map is better. 2hrs 20 mins 7.2x.
TL;DR
Dews: 16 hours 3.6x
Lv1: 4 hours 3.6x(1), 3 hours 20 minutes 7.2x(9)
Lv2: 1 hour 9 mins 7.2x
Lv3: 1 hour 45 mins 7.2x
Lv4: 1 hour 27 mins 7.2x
Lv5: 2 hours 20 mins 7.2x
Total time: Too long

The dews are about 1-2 per hour at that drop rate, just gotta keep trying!

It's up to you to decide whether it's worth it or not. Honestly level 1 is enough but the completionist in me made me do it >.<

The first one was [b]terrible[/b]. I honestly considered giving up after only getting 1 drop in 4 hours but I swear the later levels are about 2x the drop rate (either that or I got extremely lucky for 8 hours).

Wow, that extra 2x really helped on the darkness. I am probably on the unlucky side. I've trained for about 20 hours on 4.2x, and 16 on 2x and i've only recieved 7 lunar dews. Is it truly worth it to obtain max level vampire?
Congrats! l've always wanted to take on and finish the quest with at least a Lv 1 UE skill, but every 2x event l farm on, can't even get 1 Lunar dew.

Wow, congratz :o On my NL (which I converted back to a db) it took around 40 hours on 1x with spider, greed pendant, and 15% drop specs .-. And you didn't even have Mark of the Assassin or showdown's drop rate xD
