Good Gpu temp?

Hey guys so my 2gb gtx 770 runs:

Idle: 34-40 With(out) my A/C on.
Under load 60-78 With(out) A/C on.

Is this normal? I just want to make sure that this computer will last.

P.S: Is there a way I can monitor CPU temp without an external program?

Nvidia lists the max temp of your card at 98 so I'm pretty sure you're fine. I wouldn't worry unless your card goes above the low 80s. If you're getting above 60 fps and you have a 60hz monitor, I would suggest turning on vsync if you aren't already doing so as this can help decrease the load and temperature on your gpu.

@Zuzzy Is GeForce experience good to do this stuff?
And my temp reaches 78 when I'm playing planetside 2

Yes, MSI Afterburner. You can use it to control fan speed (increase or decrease depending on load).
I increase my fan speed to 65%-70% when I use it for gaming, and turn it down to 25% fan speed on idle.

My set up idles on 28-32 degrees, and goes up to 55-60 when under heavy load (Crysis 3, Battlefield 4).
So 30 degrees is fine, don't worry too much.
That's a graphics card.
You using a cooler or just actual A/C?

I think as long as your CPU is intel it should be fine under 100 degrees Fahrenheit.

If you're worried dust your fans and play any games you do on lower settings.
It's a desktop...
I just want this Graphics card to last as long as possible.
I have an i7-4770k 3.5ghz
I assume it's stock cooling, but I though I heard liquid cooling when I first turned it on so assume stock.
Is there a windows 7 program that monitors cpu temperature?
