It looks like Bonus Potential ATT doesn't show when hover over item, does it really add ATT?

It looks like Bonus Potential ATT doesn't show when hover over item, does it really add ATT?

Basically I have a +6att earing. The att is on the bonus potential line, and when you hover over it, that bonus is not included in the range. Also, same happens with overalls with bonus att. I'll add a pic tonight when I get home.
I never paid attention to that because I'm not a dmg hoar
The attack range added is glitched. When I unequip my Pocket Item and look at it from my inventory it says it'll take away range, but when I equip it I gain range.

I'd like to see a SC too.

No, I'm guessing she means the attack range added. It doesn't actually show what it would add.
