How do I get on Maple
It's been 2 patches. I've reinstalled, patched, everything. I log on via gamelauncher, and after entering password/waiting 20 seconds, the game disconnects/crashes. If I go through the website, I can log in, Maple starts up, but it boots Maple at the server choosing menu as usual but without any servers. It then dcs/crashes 20 or so seconds later like gamelauncher.
wat do
Freakin' customer support is down. If it's an ip ban shouldn't gamelauncher tell me? I have no reason to be ip banned either, before 2 updates ago when I first attempted to log in I didn't play for a few months.
Edit: Last few reinstalls and patches none of my accounts worked, all show the above symptoms. Now after this patch one of them works, but it ain't my main. My characters on my main are still on rankings and don't seem banned... what iz happening...

My Drk seems to be blocked or something. Not banned because it's on rankings even though I haven't been able to get on for months, but blocked somehow.
This is something only their customer support can fix. Its a weird one indeed lol.
When you can get a hold of them explain in full detail to them your problem because this game has so many specific problems with it, its hard to understand what would be happening with only a brief explanation.

Check to make sure you didn't download/are running any conflicting programs, have antivirus blocking, or another instance of blackcipher/hackshield open. Also start up the game with task manager open to see if there is any unusual CPU usage or memory spikes.

Can't actually long in, it dcs after I enter password. Did no afk botting or anytihng of that sort.
if you can log in without a notice popping up through game launcher then it isn't one of the normal bans/suspensions they would usually give out.
try checking your email associated with account and check if there's a reactivation email sent to you cus of months of inactivity.
after that, if it isnt so, chances are it's suspension associated with afk training/botting or something along those lines.

You could get a mate to log onto your account from his place to check for a ban.

Yeah I will. Fustrating, but no surprise from me. My opinion of Nexon hit rock bottom a while back, it can't get any worse. I'll have to wait for Nexon or hope another Basiler know's what's going on.

It's been a problem before all these hackshield things. And again, one of my accounts work, but not the other. (Only tried 2 accounts) And if it was IP ban one account shouldn't work should it?
