For me, usually takes months and at very best a week, but today....

when fafs came out i had one of the only faf kataras in renegades and it disappeared in storage while i was scrolling it and they were like lol what here's 5k maple points
2 mins per each ticket I had to spam them with. First two tickets were something useless like reinstalling and check if my graphics card was updated. Last one was finally a response. It was regarding unable to log on the account and only getting the "having Trouble logging in?" message.
That's how I know they are online.

Copied and pasted but not automated, probably skim read my problem and assumed I needed a reinstallation
