Why was I banned?
I didnt participate in the dupe at all. I didn't dupe, I didnt buy duped items (as far as I'm aware. unless those occult cubes were duped but being sold at the normal price), yet I was blocked from the game this morning, and now I've been perma banned. I submit a ban appeal to nexon, but I dont understand why they would ban me? (right after buying Nx like 4 days ago too...)
Anyone know the times live support is open?

u must be new kid. everyone knows that you buying nx only gets you a 2 day ban immunity.

I really dont want my account to be banned for no reason, its like 4 years old, with more than $2000 put into it over the years. basically my whole maple life is on my NL, and now theres a chance I'll never see it again (he will be removed from ranking probably with the next rank update and my avatar is glitched currently)

They said that they are banning people SUSPICIOUS of being involved in the hacks. I can understand if they ban many legit players.
Also ban appeals are discussed on Wednesdays on 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.? I'm not sure so don't take my word for it.
