That bow is around 10-11b.
Personally I don't see the reason as to why you are upgrading your bow's scrolling to be slightly better (Assuming you are going to scroll it using prime ani scrolls). It is already pinnicle scrolled, and if you do the calculations, that is just a mere increase of about 13 atk. Which isn't really worth the rescroll of the bow. Instead I suggest just re scrolling a heart and slightly enhancing your current bow. (My opinion on the topic, if you still want to re scroll then Good Luck).
