I have a Stanton T92. My collection isn't that big just yet but I just bought the Neutral Milk Hotel box set! Can't wait. I saw them yesterday in concert! So good
Stanton T92 is a great little entry level TT
I own a few, because I like displaying the sleeve artwork, but vinyl as a hobby is a little too expensive for my blood. Love that shelf, btw.
Yeah, when I started I thought I could keep it relatively cheap by buying from 2nd hand markets and such, this did not work out as planned.
How do people have money for this.
I have a record player I bought second hand from Zia and one vinyl so far, Baroness's Yellow and Green. I'm not sure what model it is, but I want more vinyls in the future.
It's a slippery slope my friend, I started off with 4 vinyls that one of my roommates left me, purchased a $100 system to play it. Since then I have spent about $6k on vinyls and equipment. But it's worth every penny.

I spot Gulag Orkestar, I like your friend already!
I still have the original Star Wars trilogy on VHS, no way I am ever throwing them away.
That's just dorky and hilariously outdated enough to actually be kinda cool.
I don't own any but I do have an embarrassing collection of VHS tapes. Inb4 I make tons of cash from "retro" kids 5 years from now who think VHS are old school.
