You can read them in English in the quest tab. If I remember correctly, the quests are "Win 3 Team PvP Matches", "Get 1000 total Battle Points in a day(Or maybe a round)", "Participate in 5 PvP matches of any kind" and "Win one match as the Ice Knight". Quests reset the progress daily, but I guess it's a nice way to get atleast two easy Gallant Emblems a day, maybe three.

Derp. I'm doing them on my Hunter and it seems to me that Hunters suck at PVP. I owned with my I/L but I suck with my Hunter... o.o

In another game i played, you needed a chinese translator to be able to view the characters. However, if you did not have one, then it basically looks like the stuff the pvp person says
