Yeah there's the maple admin in the event hall via the dimensional mirror, but she only accepts books that have been removed from other revamps, eg. Aran's freeze standing. Unfortunately there is currently no way to exchange other books for the new ones.

you can only exchange books that cannot be used, books of removed skills. you exchange them with maple admin, she gives you an option that syas "trade in unusable books" or something, but this option only appears if you have a unusable book in ur inv
