Here I found my Saturn chair from my 5th Emperor toad kill. I have a wolf underling, greed pendant, 7% inner ability, and a 10% drop pot as my drop modifiers. I guess Emperor toad as a higher drop rate because all of the SS I've seen have been from this boss.

Killed all the toads in ymck an hour ago(Around 19) none dropped the chair.
After how many minutes, I've managed to finish the JQ once, but no toad spawned. GG no re.
I've killed over 15 toads and 10 samurai, nothing. o.o
Most are shown coming from Emperor toad because there are 20 of them per day, as opposed to:
2-7 zak per day (less than 20)
2-7 HT per day (less than 20, not to mention waiting that long.. lol)
2-4 Empress per WEEK
4 RA per day
4-8 cRA per week
2 easy magnus per week
1 normal magnus per day
2 hard magnus per week
no one does scar/targ
8 CWKPQ bosses per day if you can organize that many people
1 PB -or- cPB per day
etc.
None of them have higher drop rate. There's just a LOT more toads than anything else.
So it's YOU that's been hogging the toads! D:

The boss itself is in Ninja Castle, but the Sakura Castle questline needs to be completed to enter Ninja Castle

Have been doing Hilla x2 and Krexel x2 daily, but no chair so far.

Do all major bosses drop anniversary gear? It looks like last years gear.
Ah, I should definitely look into a greed pendant. I've gone through at least 15 or so Emperor Toads with only a Big Spider and have come up fruitless.
*Kills boss and sees rare Saturn chair* "Quick, let me take a picture before I pick it up! It's not like I can dc or anything! "
