Drop rate and Level Difference
Lately, I've been searching for a legends hero potion recipe at mutant tinos. I know equips are affected by monster and char lvl difference, but are recipes affected? I've been hunting for a few days and haven't been able to find it.
Also I use a wolf,drop pot and a greed pendant to hunt.

Alright thanks. So anything that still drops mesos has unaltered drop rates?
I'm pretty sure anything lvl150+ isn't affected by this. If you go to ToT, monsters start dropping mesos once you reach the blue monks, the first mobs above 150
I believe level range affects recipe drop rate
