I'd be okay with 30% traces on armor. I'm too poor to afford the better items anyways..

Having that temporal lack of around 30*3[90 if you exclude weapon] stat points isn't worth not cubing to legen.

Cube it then if you have the funds just inno it later and get the 30ish extra stats

Who ever told you that? You can always re-scroll later if you ever feel the need to, but 30% +7 main stat is just fine for scrolling.

In my opinion it's worth it. I got perfected 30% trace gear and I efficiently kill end game bosses. I can afford to prime scroll my gear but chose it's not worth it, all depends on what your aiming for.
