Really? I've gotten one every single time when I rest for 6+ hours. Even if I claimed it like 2 hours after I logged on. O:

It's not 100% guaranteed, even if you do it for 6 hours. Also, be sure to get your reward ASAP after logging in with that character. I've NEVER gotten the exp buff if I played a bit, then claimed it. I've tried to that many times and it has not worked even once.
