he only gives me the option for the two repeatable quests
@dragonlord: Should be in Singapore, you might just have to talk to the guy so theres a chance it won't pop up with a lightbulb. I can check in a few minutes.
Yea, just checked. I blew up my GSE badge a few months ago, and I just talked to Ralph the wandered in Singapore, he let me start the whole questline again, but from the beginning. Should be the same for anyone else

i tried to find the quest but there isn't one. Is the quest in a certain place or do you have to do something else? i boomed mine a long while ago if that makes any difference.
