I'm pretty sure all the flying mounts fly the same speed, unless you're talking about the ones that can only be used in town that gradually gain speed, in which case they suck.
On a somewhat unrelated note, the fastest ground mount is the blue sheep mount, which is 190% speed. Just fyi.

@above huh? They don't all have the same speed. The fastest flying mount is Dragon at 190%.
There is others at 170%, 150%, and 140% speed.

From my days of racing through henesys with people, it seems like they're all the same speed while flying
