Sleeping Problems...
is it me or i never can find a balanced of regular hours to sleep.
For the past couple months i been sleeping at 1-2 am and wake up at 8-9 am.
Then I decided to "fix" my sleeping schedule.
for the past 3 days i been sleeping at 8-10 and waking up at 3-4 am.
I just want to sleep at 10-12 and wake up at 7 ...
The major problem now is I get hit by drowsiness really hard at 8. I never get drowsy in the past.

Lol you think that's abnormal? I don't get it, what's abnormal about that? At least you're sleeping 8 hours a night which is a whole lot better than people who have actual sleep disorders.
melatonin pills. regulate your naps (if you take them). do you work out/exercise?
if you play video games a lot it messes up your sleep. i could never sleep properly from age 12 until age 21, always staying in bed 3 hours trying to sleep. soon as I got a job and spent more time working, I slept like a baby.

try staying in bed and going to sleep again even if you wake up around 3-4
ur getting enough sleep but
