if i'm bothering to get the highest level equips possible with a decent set, and will never get enough money for tyrant and fafnir sets then it being untradeable isn't bad at all.

Downside is that it'll never be tradeable, and 2, the potential tier difference is 1%.

raven horn because sugarwater set does not exist
i calculated 350 DEX/LUK from the "sugarwater" set, and 159 DEX/LUK from the raven horn set. i don't even know if i should bother checking if you added your w.att correctly
