Ive lost my roar
i just came back from about 4 months to find out i cant use dragon roar.
i have it maxed and meet all the prerequisites but when i use the skill it says "you may not use this skill yet"
i have tried changing hotkeys, using the skill by clicking on it, low/high hp, but i still get the same message.
anyone know whats wrong and/or how to fix it?

yeah i reset it, but it was before i left maple four months ago. i can see it hits twice now. i didnt use sacrifice that much either way. i find myself using roar far more times than sacrifice even when i had both maxed.

Pick 6 mercedes reduce it by 30%. Also with inner ability, there are potentials that decrease CD as well.

Two level 200 Mercedes reduce it by 1 second right? And I thought Aswan only had a chance to ignore CD.

Ah, and I remember a while back when I thought Phantoms could spam Roar (provided the info I was given in that thread was true). Tempest lowers Roar to level 20!
There is a cooldown of 10 secs on the skill. It been like that for over 1 year now.
10 secs on an ultimate is almost nothing. Combine it with character cards, awsan potential etc and you can reduce the CD to like 5 secs
