Is a 3rd Unwelcome mage shield good enough
VIP shields are just so expensive and harder to find. 3rd unwelcome is 3rd tier potential so this seems to be the most important. Just wondering if theres anything to consider before trying to make a good shield

oh in that case, does anyone have a last unwelcome shield or cheap vip i can buy in scania?

Although Magic Attack % is at full power, so in theory you can make a 3rd Unwelcome Guest work if your end-goal is 3 lines of Magic Attack %.
... but that's extremely expensive and not worth thinking about.
I would just go with the cheapest level 100+ tradeable shield you can find.
You need a level 100+ shield for anything higher than 30% Boss or 30% PDR (even on Legendary). A Last Unwelcome would do, but not a 3rd Unwelcome.
