I just did test runs, and with attack speed (0) which is the cap, I cleared with 15 seconds left whilst hitting 25-28m lines. Bare minimum for capped attack speed seems to be 23-27m per main line.

You might be able to do it with attack speed (1) and the same damage (25-28), but you'll pretty much have to get a perfect run.

I first cleared Hellux solo with about 25-30m lines post snipe change, but had 0 breathing room. I was using DSI + Green pots as well. Also I should note that it was my third attempt at soloing him so the technique was really bad

My first hellux victory was with a mob killer. I was hitting about 25m ea line with snipe (before the revamp of snipe). Using my wep booster and dsi (so no ia +1 speed or green mpe potion).

Probably at least 27m with flying colors. Keep in mind the effects from runes in order to boost probability of clearing and most importantly that the jewel has invincibility frames.

I've been clearing with about 30m per line using decent SI and green mpe pots. You'll need to have a good placement of hypogram though, as you'll be pressed for time.

but erazes did a video of him with no buffs and managed to finish the jewel, with a mob clearer. Do you think with roughly 25-30m lines and a mob clearer i could do it?

Well, hell gollux's jewel has about 30b HP and you have to dish that out within a minute and 40 seconds.
So figure out your snipes cd and calculate how much you're doing a second then overall a minute and 40. That would be the absolute minimum.
