PC on Specs using as collateral
I am looking at buying Decent SE from a seller in Bera and the collateral price is 4Bil (plus PSoks and 150mil payment). The only thing that I have that seems to have a value near that is my Specs so I was wondering if I could get a price check on them.

4b collat is perfectly fine. i sell pirate SE with 4b collat and there've been no problems so far
as for your specs, im not sure theyre worth anywhere near 4b, so you're probably gonna have to add some other stuff.
4b is waaay too high collat...
