Buff duration help
So i got 19% buff duration on my inner ability..
Is this useful for phantoms? Does the duration increase in the skill description?
Affects all skills? (ex. AB link skill, hypers, etc)

Actually IIRC, they fixed that since Phantoms buffs were running out so quickly, so they actually run out as normal, not half like they used to.
It affects the duration of all buffs minus hypers. I'm very sure that this covers stolen skills.
It doesn't affect hyper skills and it doesn't increase in the skill description
