well I have about 1.4m range and 250% boss and I can't solo on my wind archer..i would need at least another person with similar stats

This seems kinda low I would say at least double this

I doubt you'll find anyone who meets that criteria here.

everyone with 900k effective range(including boss& PDR) seems possible

I'm not so sure but I believe a full party wouldn't need a lot of range maybe like 100-200k each
