So just started a Shade to lvl 40 and yet wondering if it worth taking to 200+ as Main character ?

yeah, under lv 100 shade is kind of slow attacking, but when u reach 4th job u attack much faster and the skills look much more awesome and flashier XD
Hard to say until you hit 100 since their playstyle changes dramatically.
