Commerci Questline Help

So I've finished the Hide and Seek quest and the kid told me to bring the map to his father right. I give it to his father and thats it.There's no more quest for me to do besides Bon voyage part 2 or something. A youtube video that I am watching give the map to the boy while he is talking to the girl, the girl disappears and then I have to talk to her. I didn't do that, it never became available to me. I dont know if commerci questline has updated since ive quit or whatever but im quite frustrated about not being able to do anything... PLEASE HELP ME </3 </3 </3
