It will be similar to Snow White. For the first couple of months it'll be event exclusive, so pretty much reach 200 to get it. After that, Nexon will add it into the Jaguar Habitat, most likely giving it the same respawn timer as Snow White (60 hours after capture, kill, server update, or server maintenance, unscheduled or otherwise).

Don't worry, you're not missing much without Onyx anyways. The 10% buff duration doesn't stack with that of Snow White.
