How to fix eating habits?

I don't know why, but lately I've been losing my appetite and I've lost 7-9 pounds over the past 3 weeks because of it. Whenever I see food, I feel really bloated and sick, so I don't feel like eating it even when my stomach is grumbling.
At first, this wasn't really worrying me, but I'm down to a weight that I haven't been at in ages. Have you guys felt like this before? Any advice?

Maybe its because of lack of healthy food? Have you been eating any fruits lately?

No fair, I wanna be able to do that.
I can eat like 1000 calories a day for a week and lose nothing.
Then eat a lot the next week and gain 5 lbs.

@stoker: sorry buddy i just didn't wanna say fat or say skinny and then not actually be whatever i said haha
I'm 5'1 and 96 pounds
