You can never lose the link that revives you. It's just a flat x% chance to avoid dying without cooldown.

One of them goes first, it depends on the order. An example would be door+zero's rewind. I can die, and I believe I lose door, can't remember 100% though, and i'll still have rewind, so next time I die, I lose rewind, and THEN I can die.

Usually Heaven's door will protect first before self revive.

hm like a nw revive and a bishop hyper? idk actually.
but if you have a shade link skill and the bishop hyper, the 10% link skill occurs first, saving the hyper.
