Title, no tinker shoulders though.
Was thinking of buying a meister shoulder without the set, is it worth it?
Not sure if you can psok it again.

Meisters are psokable, i have one
Krexel > Meister > Empress
Meister and Empress are PSoKable, Krexel is not.

I don't think the PSOK option appears until the item is un-tradeable

I checked my crafting tab it says trade disabled when equipped and had no Psok option at the bottom unlike the Japanese Myth Armours o.o
