Which job would you chose?

A couple of months ago, I applied for two student summer positions in IT departments. I have connections to managers at the two firms, so I felt pretty confident that I would at least get interviews. Time passed and the semester was nearly over, and no one had contacted me. On a whim, I applied for a job to drive the Google Streetview car around the southern part of my province. Within 15 minutes of submitting my resume via e-mail (name dropping someone important, of course); I was given the job before the manager had even met me. This was about two weeks ago, and it felt great to have summer employment so I could focus on finals instead of handing out resumes. I currently serve at a pub and I hate it, so I was dedicated to get my foot in the door at any place where I could be working in IT. I figured being able to say "I work for Google" would be a gem within itself, even though the job doesn't require any programming skills.

This brings me to the point as to why I made this thread. Today, while slaving at my pub (a.k.a. enabling alcoholism and severe obesity), I received a phone call from one of the two companies I applied for a couple of months ago. He made it sound like he wanted to hire me, again just based off my resume and the fact that I know another manager in the IT department. The thing is, this job is significantly better pay and I will be employed the entire summer, compared to just half the summer for the Google job. This job would also pay me $17.75 compared to $15.50. On top of that, it would be real IT experience and I would be able to get my name out there. Lastly, my boyfriend works there too in another department so it would be nice to grab lunch with him everyday.

I'm just so torn because I already said yes to the Google job. I have to fly to Brampton, Ontario to get trained and pick up the car too so I feel like finding a replacement for such a tight deadline would be a hassle. I would feel so rude saying "jk I found a better job", but isn't that just life? Help me, Basil.

I'm perfect for the second job. They love anyone who's bilingual in Canada's official languages and I'm proficient in three programming languages. Also they pay you based on how many University credit hours you have, so only having my first year completed, they can pay me less than a second or third year lol.

Just tell them straight up that you are taking up another offer instead of theirs (the Ontario one)
That's just how things go in life, it's either one or the other. Can't have both all the time
