And if you're talking about the icy agent. It based on account, on when was the last time you logged in with that account.

No. If you want another burning character, you have delete the previous burning character

Its funny, GMS got the better end of the sick with being able to make a new burning character if you deleted one. I believe in KMS is you deleted the character it was gg

I think the icy status applies on an account basis. I hope a newly created character can become a burning one, as like everyone else thats my plan
