999 Monsters Already Completed?

After starting Cassandra's quest to kill the 999 monsters for the NX, I noticed my monster kills weren't counting. It turns out the quest went into the "Completed" section for whatever strange reason. The quest list says it was completed at 9pm PST and I wasn't playing the character at the time since I was waiting for my ring to finish. I'm on my level 83 Xenon, killing Barnard Greys (level 77) and Zeta Greys (level 78) in Omega Sector. I have not touched the quest on any other characters within the account.

Does the glitch have anything to do with the server restarts and has anyone else experienced this/found a solution? Thanks in advance!
