They are still in the game, but since they're not popular, it is recommended to get a group of friends to PQ together.
The only PQ you might get lucky at finding someone to do it with is Kenta PQ.
The PQs still exist, you can find them in the first option in the Dimensional Mirror. Whether or not you'll find anyone to do them with is another story, since the exp is inferior to grinding, the rewards aren't good, and they're not particularly fun either. They get really repetitive really quickly.
But that's just my opinion I guess.
