Well my brother bought NX and got banned for no reason by the GM police for 1 month.
I got banned for 1 day countless times. We both use NX.
However, I remember once I got banned for 30 days and I sent a ticket saying that I had to be unbanned in order to buy "Pam's Song"s, since they were from event at that time. Unbanned 1 day later.
