Yes, but only the first hour. (And remember miracle time is only saturday, while the spell trace thing is March 14 - March 15, March 21 - March 22, March 28 - March 29) 12:00 AM - 1:00 AM and 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM

i believe its 15% traces = 25%, 30% = 45%, 70% = 95%. something like that
