Gonzo Gallery/ that one captain map i forgot the name in herb town/MPE is pretty good. Just go to the fall map and then do the questline until you unlock the last map in Gonzo Gallery and it should give pretty good EXP if the EXP scales with level (not really sure if it does since i only trained there from 60-80).

There's a beautiful thing called MPE. Save up tickets everyday and use them all during 2x. Lv120 achieved.
