I really don't think it's a glitch...I've been saying this ever since it first happened, which was soon after nexon realized that transformed kaiser was doing outrageous damage. I think it was simply a nerf that nexon put on kaiser and never owned up to it cuz they didn't want to put up with our bichn. People were super hyped for kaiser at the time...he's arguably still my favorite class...so I think they just nerfed him on the DL and left it at that.

Strange...back when I played kaiser, ms would bend over backwards to dc the hell out of me with that attack speed.
