It'll take them between 3-6 months before you get a reply, and as reply I mean some kind of misdirect from actually answering your question and then closing the ticket.
Seriously, Customer Support is just run by unprofessional staffs and doesn't even seem to know the game all that well. Compare that to Riot Games customer support, way larger player base and they reply to your question in a professional manner within minutes to 1 day at most.
OT: I haven't seen any word about the park being fixed yet unfortunately
