Do schools excuse this?
I went to the bus stop this morning obviously waiting for the bus but it never came so me and 2 other dudes waited there until 15 minutes after school started already.. so we just left. o.o
I want to know if they excuse it

Depends on the school really. I had to miss school loads of times due to public transportation.
