Wait for the event shop and buy scrolls. Save up stuff like clean slates, lucky day scrolls, and protection scrolls.

Save up supplies like clean slates and safety scrolls when they come out, and then scroll during an event that has good +att scrolls.
i think the poor mans version to all this perfected stuff is to use cogs.

Just toss a bunch of event scrolls on it, they've gotten better.

Events for Slates and/or Scrolls (Red scrolls, Pinnacle scrolls, etc...) all of these goodies you can't get by legit means on a normal day on the average day of the year.
You must get, like, 3b JUST for a good neb.
Cubes. that's a lot of RL money to spend.
Easiest way, event scrolls, lucky day scrolls with CS tools (protection scrolls, shield scrolls, etc).
Cheapest way, events like RED.
