is space a good theme for a yearbook?

I'm in the yearbook course and I pitched the idea of the theme space.
Last 2 years were food and gaming so our school doesn't do any of those statement themes (like "Reach for the Stars&quot
Please give me your opinion on the theme and why you like or don't like it. ty

Space seems a bit random so I'm not the biggest fan of it. How would you tie it in with the rest of the book?

I was only on the Yearbook staff for my senior year but all the books tried to relate an aspect of the school into it (what makes your school unique pretty much). For my year, the theme was Indian Imprint (our mascot is an Indian and the alliteration was nice) so we incorporated a ton of Native American culture (dream catchers, feathers, etc.) and talked about how the students leave their memory/mark on the school along with how the school has shaped them. Maybe that helps?

YES CHEESE RELATED!

like "This school year couldnt get any more Fetta!" or "Getting up for school makes me a Munster, but the Abondance of friends make it better.

It can be better than that but keep that one in mind just in case. I would like it though. Space can have a lot of eye candy pictures but that shouldn't be the focus of the yearbook anyways.

@Xerepic: yes, I can see how someone of your age would find that comical to suggest. But no.
@Hatchet: satire is the best.
@Xerepic ...hmmm. Maybe not literal cheese, as in the food. But if you just made the yearbook "yearbook themed/as cheesy as possible themed" that could be something.
So basically satire.

I was part of my high school's yearbook committee and our theme was 1950's or something. I can't suggest ideas but I'll tell you that you're gonna have a lot of fun.

Reach for the Stars is the cheesiest thing I've ever heard since half the students never get past the atmosphere.
