BaM and damage reflect

Okay so I have never solo'd Pink Bean on my BaM ever. I was duoing and then my friend disconnected. The left owl does both magic and physical DR but when I hit any one of them, I die, or I get reflect damage dealt to me.

Is Finishing Blow both physical and magic based? Or is this just a glitch..

@AnthonysWill:
You did not answer my question but whatever. I tested it on my f/p and got my questions answered myself.

OT:
Owl has 3 damage reflects. Magic, physical, and both. All our attacks are magic based. Owl having 3 types of damage reflect threw me off.

@EyePdaily

Why do people die when they attack Empress when she has Damage Reflect on?
Why do people die when they attack Von Leon when he has Damage Reflection on?
Why did you die when you attacked both Owl Statues when they had their Damage Reflection on?
Simple, the Owl Statues reflect both physical and magical damage.
I'm assuming Chaos HT heads are one of the very few mobs that reflect a specific type of physical/magical damage.

I never knew that there is two different DRs (physical and magical) o.o Just wait the DR to disappear..why the rush?

Maybe you should direct that question to nexon. They're pretty good at screwing up their programming and create glitches
I'm aware that they'll cast the damage reflect if you go beyond the orb but I'm curious as to what FB and BKB triggers; physical or magic damage reflect. I know that it'll be easier to just say something like "Stand behind the orbs and you'll be safe". But I'm just curious >.>

If some of BaM's attacks count as physical then shouldn't there be different calculations (weapon attack needed)? Shouldn't the physical attacks be able to deal damage while a monster is on super magic defence? Getting to the point of non-sense..but whatever.

This is the only situation where I need to be cautious of the differences because the damage reflect that Chaos Horntail casts isn't strong enough to 1 hit.
Based on what that guy says up there then, BaM's attacks are all magical.
It's not that hard to figure out too....
-BaM Uses Magic Attack.
-Mage Class.
-Deals 1 damage when bosses use Super Magic Def. Deal normal damage when bosses use Super Physical Def.

I dont take reflect dmg from left CHT head, but left hurts. So I guess it's magic ^^

Both Owl Statues will kill you if you hit them while their Damage Reflection is on.
I recommend attacking AT THE LEFT SIDE OF THE 1ST YELLOW ORB using Finishing Blow + Sweeping Staff to kill the owl statue on the left.
I also recommend attacking AT THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE LAST YELLOW ORB using Finish Blow + Sweeping Staff to kill the owl statue on the right.

Yes, Finishing Blow will miss, but Sweeping Staff will hit them.
The owl statues will only cast DR if you get to close to them, which is pass the yellow orb.
The yellow orbs I am talking about are below the Warrior Statues.

They reduce everything by a certain %. The only reason some mages don't get that reduction is if the have Elemental Decrease, which Battle mages do not have.
