If you like mobbing and training, having pretty good party buffs, I would say to go with Bucc.
If you like bossing and training, having bind and a few other useful skills really helps in bossing. Either way if you find out you don't like it you can always scrape the gear and try the other class out.
pvp as a bucc was sooo fun...
Bossing: Shade
Training: Bucc
You're going to hit harder on a Bucc than a Shade. Fun wise, personally I love Shade's backstep - utility wise and also cancelling skill animation.
