The hell it isn't.
I spent ~50k to land 34 Int and 34 M.Att, and only because I was going for the max stat in both Int and M.Att, so you can spend a lot less if you just want Att or M.Att.
Locking it only costs 1.5k a month. If you can't afford to shell that out every month then you're doing something wrong.
You get it at level 70 and it gets slightly stronger every 10 levels until 120.
my jett is only lvl 70 and he got his link skill.
but the lvl 120 is more worth it since you can play around with it, at the cost of nx.
but like natty said, its not worth the nx.
and its not a worthy link skill either.
level 120 for level 1 link skill.
This has the potential to be the best link skill in the game, however it's really not worth all of the NX.
You have to get to lv. 120 for the Skill Link, I believe.
