Nexon issued Maplestory Survey

So what are the chances they will actually listen to our answers?
I thought it was interesting they'd even put out a survey asking what we look for in updates and reasons we play, they could have completely ignored us
So, take this quick survey, hope they actually listen, takes 1 minute.

@KrazieK: the game has been out for a full 8 years already, if u include the beta, and the beta in KMS, which i play also, Maplestory has been out for 9-10 years already
They never specified what version of maplestory, they just said something like "how many years have you played maplestory"
@Stu321 the game hasn't been out for a full 8 years yet
OT: Survey was pretty stupid to begin with
Ticked "Don't play anymore." Hope it helped them.
im just pissed to see that there is no option for 8+ years played.
@taotapp: I completely agree with you. The choices are skewed to make Nexon seem like they're doing a whole lot better than they really are. I think they're kind of also lying to themselves that they're already doing a great job. They're kind of turning a blind eye to us as customers and deceiving themselves, probably because they couldn't handle the hate they'd get for banning legits, unbanning (and compensating!) hackers, not reading tickets about people getting hacked, not fixing glitches, etc.
Multiple choice is a retarded way to assess anything.
Not sure if all the questions were the same, or in same order.. but the last question.. How do you not know if you live near Los Angeles..
They're looking for people who live in their area to take part in actual live "focus groups" about the game.
If you answer that Yes, you live in LA, there's a chance you might be invited to join in one of the groups.
apparently nexon thinks you must be 13+ to play maple.
Felt the same way, found it rather ironic. It's like they're saying flat out that it's something they prefer not to do anymore.
Yeah, pretty much. If my friends didn't still play this game, I would've uninstalled it a long time ago. There's seriously nothing to do.
EMS had the right idea, releasing that new hard-mode world. I could totally get into that. If Nexon's survey had given us a "free write" portion at the end, I would have suggested it, but I guess they didn't really want to hear from me after all.
I don't like the answers I'm forced to choose from. For example:
5.The content that most appeals to me is focused on
>new classes
>class revamps (reissued classes)
>new clothes and accessories
>new weapons, equipment, and medals for my characters
>system changes and upgrades
>end game bosses ( level 180+)
>don't really have an opinion about this
I've only ever looked forward to content when it consisted of a new town, or even a new continent. That option isn't there. I don't care about new classes, or revamps, or clothes, or medals, or "system changes," or endgame bosses.
Am I just nitpicking? Did anyone else feel like the choices didn't capture their feelings? I'm not through with the survey yet, but I hope there's a part at the end where we can leave our thoughts in a written form-
edit: Nope, there wasn't. Oh well.
Question 4 is too hard can someone tell me the answer
@aiaku:
I think they're based in LA so they were curious to see how many people played in the area.
I hope they will make system changes instead of putting new content.
Yes.
P2S.
They should've asked this in the survey:
Are you satisfied with our customer service? / How well is our customer service experience for you?
They rarely make surveys for themselves. This time, they get concrete answers from the players rather than hearsay: They suck at managing this game.
oh god, so many grammar and spelling mistakes on the survey o.o
I don't see why they would put up a survey if they wouldn't listen to us in the first place.
So they try to look like they are.
