It's just the 3rd job, people still have a major debate between Phase Dash and Dark Flare. Quite honestly, Phase Dash works just as well from Level 1 as it does in Level 20, and Dark Flare is pretty much useless unless you party with low defense, low avoid jobs in bosses.

2nd job max everything except Savage Blow
3rd job max everything except Dark Flare
