24 max hp sw tattoo
Hello,
I got an offer of 1.5bil on my 24% max hp sw tattoo. Should I sell it for that price? It seems to be the only offer I've
gotten and I've been trying to sell it at 1.8bil to no avail.

I paid 2b for a 27% hp one in Windia so I suppose 1.5b for a 24% hp one is reasonable. IDK Scania meso conversation rates though.

Yea most likely he's a demon avenger. There's not many of them willing to fund themselves, so i'd say take the offer, considering it's normally an insignificant line.
Since nearly no one wants % hp I'd take what I could get.
