Hacked in Dfo

I haven't played in 2 years and I remember how hard it was to get to level 35 elementalist and I had some pretty good equips and was well funded. Soon after I quit because my friends quit, but I just remembered about the game and how much fun I had, so I redownloaded it today. I logged on and... my avatar equips (nx equips) and all my stuff are gone! My skills are all gone too (must've used a skill reset or something). I am so pissed and idk what to do... Is there a way to continue my character?
