Racing to 200

Every time there is a new class, people race to 200 and somehow make it to their goals within a day. I want to attempt this little challenge on my upcoming Demon Avenger, and I would like to know what I will need to prepare myself. I plan on accomplishing this within 2 days to a week.
Anything is helpful - tips, crew, past experience, videos of others racing to lvl 200; etc.
I would also like to ask how you would race to 200 within a week. How would you prepare, what crew you would have, what training route would you take (PQs or pure grind) and how would you go about that route; etc.

inb4 in few comments: I need lots NX, your mom, pictures of a pit crew in Nascar, volunteering is for nubs, some old dudes racing each other, or something funny.
I'm okay with it, as long as you at least contribute or make me laugh.

TL;DR: Help me race to lvl 200. Gimme tips.
Here is my training guide to level 200.
I did it in about 5 days, but it could have been quicker, I was just lazy.

1-45 Pantheon mobs above your level.
45-50 Tot's Instant Level-up
50-60 Jesters
60-70 Straw Training Dummies
70-85 Roids
85-90 Pirates
85-100 MPQ, 10-20 levels higher Phantom to HS req., solo grind in Roids map.
100-160 Evo
160-170 SH
170-190 HoH
190-200 Golems.

I had 2x the entire time and an HS mule, sometimes had 1.5x experience coupons, and no Kanna.
I had some minor equipment available for levels 1-100, then my Night Lord's empress equipment at 140.
Don't hesitate on buying books, you'll need them.
Hyper Teleport Rocks are a huge advantage. Would recommend getting.

Hope this helps.

Edit: If you are racing to be first, having a Kanna is a requirement, having 20x Evo cores and 100% population cores are a requirement. Hyper Teleport rocks are a requirement. 2x EXP coupons are a requirement, knowing what the hell you're doing is a requirement, having equipment/funding available is a requirement, sleep is not recommended.
Do i need to be funded for this?

From judging based on friends that have successfully secured top spots, you legit need an hs mule, people in an expi ready to afk once you get to hoh, a kanna, enough 2exp cards, perfect gear (the top spots always have next to every equip perfected and have prepared for months in advanced).

@Arab:

With 20x HP, an HSer, 100% monster population, 2x EXP, 1.5x EXP, monster levels =<20 than your level, I think you should be fine.
If not, you just go to DIPQ.
@Aaaayee: ahh i see! is it really that good of training area? Im planning on getting 200 in a week or so also lmao.
It's a good training area for 80-100, yes.
But not doing the entire PQ, grinding at Roids is the best, even better if you have a Phantom/Priest at your level.

@Alchemy1234 :

I solo grinded Stronghold, HoH, and Golems.

You will need to do evo pq 5 times, with a level 200 bishop and a level 200 kanna, 20x hp core, as many spawn things as you can get, exp cores, plenty of buffs that gives exp and plenty of 3x exp or 2x exp from cs/marvel machine

Picture of a pit crew in NASCAR?

You're gonna need the actual pit crew! What if a wheel on your chair breaks off? What if you get hungry or thirsty? Who's going to push you to the bathroom for that quick 15 second stop when you drastically need it? They can distract anyone that tries to distract you also!

buy a mini fridge and put it in your room, store water, soda, fruits in it. Energy bar next to you, cup of coffee would help.
